What does an operation and maintenance (O&M) contract consist of?
An O&M contract covers all the actions necessary for the proper functioning of an existing photovoltaic power plant: regular preventative checks, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance in case of breakdowns, and performance reporting. It is an ongoing monitoring service, not a one-off intervention.
Does the contract include troubleshooting and repairs?
Yes. In the event of a malfunction, our teams will diagnose the solar installation and intervene to restore its proper functioning as quickly as possible. The precise terms of the corrective interventions are defined in the maintenance contract.
